Ordering and payment

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order value is Rs 1,001. Orders below this value cannot be accepted.

How do I pay?

Payments are processed securely online through Razorpay at checkout.

Do you provide a GST invoice?

Yes. A GST invoice is issued with every order. Please enter your GSTIN at checkout if you need input tax credit.

Can I get bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at 8800754881 with your model numbers and quantities, and our team will share a bulk quote.

Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship across India from our warehouse in Delhi.

How fast do you dispatch?

Orders received before 6:00 PM (IST) are generally shipped the same day. In all cases, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 2-3 days in Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, and 5-6 days in the rest of India. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

What are the shipping charges?

A flat shipping charge of Rs 200 applies to orders below Rs 3,001. Orders of Rs 3,001 and above ship free. The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Where tracking is available, we share the courier and tracking details after your order is dispatched.

Wrong items and returns

Can I return a product?

We accept a return only if we shipped the wrong product (wrong model, specification or SKU). Email voltkart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for details.
