Shipping policy
Voltkart, operated by Sai Automation, ships industrial electrical and automation products across India from our warehouse in Delhi.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is Rs 1,001. Orders below this value cannot be accepted.
Dispatch
Orders received before 6:00 PM (IST) are generally shipped the same day. In all cases, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes:
- Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana: 2-3 days
- Rest of India: 5-6 days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the courier and your delivery location.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping charge of Rs 200 applies to orders below Rs 3,001. Orders of Rs 3,001 and above ship free. The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we share the courier and tracking details after your order is dispatched.
Invoice
A GST invoice is issued with every order. Please enter your GSTIN at checkout if you need input tax credit.
Wrong items and returns
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the product you received is not the product you ordered, email voltkart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
