Conditions for Returns

We do not entertain returns except under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may return it.

Important Notes

  1. No Returns for Incorrect Wiring: Electrical goods are sensitive and can be easily damaged if incorrectly wired or handled. Therefore, we do not accept returns if the product is burnt or damaged due to incorrect installation or use.
  2. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an incorrect product delivered or a damaged/defective product upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the product back to us following the provided instructions. Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the reason for the return.
  5. Refund or Replacement: If the return is approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement product as per your request.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase.
