TT-IMRB-08024D1S-C-RL, Trinity Touch 8 channel relay card, 24vdc is a Trinity Touch relay interface card built with Omron relays, used to let a PLC or controller's low-power output switch bigger loads safely, and to isolate control circuits. It mounts on DIN rail inside the control panel.

How to wire a relay card

• Connect the 24 V DC supply to the card's power terminals; a 24 V DIN-rail SMPS is the usual source.
• Wire each PLC or controller output to the matching channel input. When the output turns on, that channel's relay energises and its LED lights.
• Connect the load to the changeover contacts: common plus normally open (NO) for a load that should switch on, or normally closed (NC) for one that should switch off.
• Check the load current against the relay contact rating printed on the card; use a contactor for motors and heavy loads.
